It’s better known as DD2.JZ, the ultimate DOTZ project car, built under the supervision of Christian Haderer, aka “Mr. DD2.JZ”. After nearly two years of building the machine was done and dusted, and off it went for its first real test. 608 hp must be reined in when the 2JZ-GTE Toyota, 3-l turbo engine in the BMW Z4 Coupé is brought to life.

The venue – Consonno. What should have become Italy’s Las Vegas, is now a pile of debris and old walls. Whoever strays into the centre of Lombardy will have chills running down their spine. More so when this engine roars into the 4-inch exhaustion pipe and makes the old ruins vibrate. The sound causes palpitations and makes your heart race. When you step on the gas your adrenaline levels explode – just the right work place for every car freak.DOTZ DD2.JZ Drift Video in Consonno One daredevil takes on the challenge – Dominic Tiroch, formerly Austria’s youngest Formula Masters racer, drift and stunt driver and DOTZ Team Rider. Bold driving manoeuvres are in his blood, and so the long-gone tourist attraction turns into a venue that goes up in smoke owing to skilful drifts. The DOTZ Misano, which, owing to its name, belongs to a racetrack, isn’t just a beauty. With its sharp edges and the maximum concave shape, it makes the full carbon fibre German-Japanese beast look even more aggressive.

Captured in all its brutal force, this duo breaks its way through a long- forgotten city of ruins.
