The former brand BBV Beteiligungs GmbH was incorporated into the industrial holding company ALCAR and thus the continuous brand development process to a European-wide top player in the passenger car aftermarket began. Due to the current situation around COVID-19, we also had to take a (forced) break, as all trade show dates were postponed or cancelled, partly to 2021. But basically we are represented at all important scene meetings all over Europe. From the GTI meeting at the Wörthersee to the SO.GA in Italy to the OSLO Motor Show and the Essen Motor Show – you'll find DOTZ everywhere.

• Where do the DOTZ photo shootings take place?

For the perfect product photo, we travel through world history every year. Besides regular shootings at various locations in Austria and Germany, we have also been to some wild locations. From a pigsty to a deserted amusement park to a salt desert - we have seen and tried out many things.

• Where do you get the cars for your shootings?

Over the years we have massively expanded our network and made many contacts in the scene. Sometimes a phone call is enough and the dream car is organized. Often, we also ask our fans on social media if someone owns the car we are looking for and would like to have it professionally photographed. In most cases, new contacts are made immediately.

• Can I send you pictures of my car with DOTZ rims?

Sure! Just send us your photos directly on social media via Facebook or Instagram. We are happy about input from our community. Because one thing is clear: If you share your stories and posts within the DOTZ community – shared joy is double the joy.
